Shoot lets consumers discover and book stadiums and turfs, and lets stadium businesses manage their venues, staff, bookings, academies, and payments through a dashboard and mobile app.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Academy participants who are minors are represented through a guardian account; the guardian is responsible for the participant's registration and attendance.

Prices, availability, and cancellation conditions for a given stadium or turf are set by the stadium owner and displayed at the time of booking.

Payments are processed through the payment method configured for the stadium or platform. Refunds and cancellations follow the specific stadium's stated policy.

If you operate a stadium on Shoot, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the staff you employ on the platform, and compliance with applicable local laws and regulations relating to your business.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, no attempts to bypass security or verification, no harassment of other users or stadium staff, and no use of the service for unlawful purposes.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Shoot acts as a platform connecting players and stadium businesses. To the extent permitted by law, Shoot is not liable for disputes arising directly between a player and a stadium regarding the quality of a venue or service delivered on-site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tunisia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
